Subject: Inquiry About 6061 T6 Aluminum Tubing Message : Subject: Inquiry About 6061 T6 Aluminum Tubing Message: we are looking for a US manufacturer to produce our 6061 Aluminum tubes. OD 40mm with Id 34.3mm +/- 0.2 and the length being 8 1/4 inches (additional lengths will vary) The tubes will need to have 1 7/16x20 UN interior threads on both ends approximately 12.6mm deep. Also the tube will need to be anodized or powder coated. We currently have a supplier for the end caps for the tubes but we will be glad to submit you drawings to allow you to bid on the caps also if you can produce our tubes that are cost efficient. We also have several muzzle brake designs and other items that we will be looking to produce starting at the first of the year. Shipping will be to Madison, MS 39110.
