Eason We are a company that is new to the floorball market. Floorball is a sport mainly played in Northern Europe. I'm looking for a supplier that can produce floorball blades with the following specifications: Material: PE, later maybe also PP Size: About 20x10x1cm Weight: 70-80g Quality: They have to pass quality testing for international floorball play. The testing is conducted by the International Floorball Federation. The testing regulations and procedure can be found in the attachment. The blades will have to be produced exactly according to a 3D-Drawing that we will provide. Especially the different concavities have to be exactly as in the 3D-file. In the attachment there is a screenshot of floorball blades so that you can get an idea what the product looks like. We would like to produce 2 different blades. Each of these two blades will come in 2 different versions, one that is bent to the right and one that is bent to the left. So there will be a total of 4 different blades. Please provide in your quote the following information: 1. Price for opening a mould for this new product 2. Price per blade 3. Can you produce samples/prototypes after which the mould can be improved before the start of the production process 4. Shipping conditions 5. How do you ensure a great product quality?
