Please do not indicate our commission in your invoice. Please confirm our 16% commission in your covering fax/email to us. 5- Validity of your offer up to 60 days form 13-February-2012. 6- Brand name / make. 7- Country of origin/ port of shipment. 8- Earliest but firm period of shipment. 9- Payment by letter of credit. 10- Relevant leaflets showing complete technical data in English. 11- A certificate to the effect that your offered items is meeting fully the technical specification of the requirement and in case of any deviation, please also indicate clearly the advantages of your offer items. 12- Warranty/Guarantee certificate. 13- Reference list of your customers. 14- A letter authorizing us to submit quotation on your behalf as well as to look-after your business interest fully against this project.
