Please take into consideration these remarks: A- Material composition (sand 25%, silt 35%, clay 40%) B- Box feeder to be equipped with a proper hopper with grizzly, the materials feeding speed to be controllable and feeding quantity adjustable. C-Coarse roller crusher output to be (3-5) mm for crushing carbonate granules. While fine roller crusher is to crush to size not less than 1 mm. D-Double shaft mixer (clearance between paddles and shell to be (2-3) mm and equipped with slotted baffle for isolating roots of plantsetc. E-Double grade vacuum extruder to be equipped with: - Pneumatic clutch. - The proper mould according to our dry brick dimensions (24 x 11.5 x 8mm) i.e. shrinkage to be added. - Pressure exerted (17bar). - Vacuum pressure (-0.8 to -1.0 kg/cm ²) F-Automatic single and multi cutter to be equipped with a desk control panel located near the cutter and operated by one person.
