Dear Mr./Mrs, we might be interested in this machine and we are looking for a machine that can make rubber tiles self-adhesive on one side. Rubber tiles dimensions 100x100cm. Thickness tiles: 2,5 - 5,5mm. Required glue: app. 110 - 170 g/m2. Working speed 0-10mtr/min. Used type of glue is mainly PSA hotmelt or EVA hotmelt. What we need to know is if this machine, as shown in the picture is suited for our application as described above. Is the machine with width 100cm ok (is it precise 1000mm or is the working width slightly larger so we do not need the 1300mm?) (because our tiles are precise 1000mm) Furthermore, please explain what would we need the UV for if we would only work with PSA or EVA hotmelt?
