3 phase transformer 415V to 110V

RFQ Description

I would like to enquiry the product which has mentioned above. Currently I’m designing the Low voltage distribution for the KVMRT , underground/tunnel project. I'm looking for a transformer distribution for site uses. the specification design for the distribution box are : Primary Voltages : 415V 3 phase (enclosed type) Secondary Voltages: 110V 3 phase (centre tap-open delta ) Power Ratings (VA) : 5 KVA Operating Frequency: 50hz Ambient Temperature: 0-45c Note that, although the secondary winding only have one centre tap on one phase, our tunnelling team is looking a transformer with 3 centre tap on 3 phase, which also mean the output might have a 6 wire connection (3 line to line voltage and 3 centre tap) or 9 wire connection output(6 line to line voltage and 3 center tap) . This feature allow us to have a phase rotation on our loads. Please refer to the attachment file regarding our requested transformer (DOC specific the required tranformer and the picture shows the typical distribution box Also, I would like to have the quotation for the cost per unit and the installation cost ( With DB box).
