We hereby confirm that we are ready and able to purchase the following commodity, according to terms and conditions stated here under: Terms and conditions: 1- COMMODITY: Cement Portland 450 2- SPECIFICATION: Libyan Norm 2- QUANTITY: 200 000 MT+/-2% (25 000 Mt/t each shpment)) 3- PAKING : Packed in 50 kg 5 layers kraft paper bags, each 30/40 bags 1.5/2 m/t will be grouped in slings bags 4-ORIGIN : UKRAIN 5-INSPECTION: Inspection shall be by SGS or equivalent 6- CHIPEMENT: within 20/30 days after receipt by seller of an acceptable, confirmed irrevocable L/C. 7-PAYEMENT METHOD: Payment shall be for each shipment 100% irrevocable, non transferable, confirmed, Letter-of-Credit (LC) payable by world prime bank "Top 40" 8- PERFORMANCE BOND : 02% 9- PRICE :49USDMT cost insurance & freight – CIF – Tripoli port/ Libya 11- PROCEDURES 1 Buyer sends LOI with full banking details allowing soft probe 2. Seller issues draft contract/FCO 3. Buyer accept and sign the draft contract/FCO 4. Hard Contract copies are exchanged 5. Buyer issue non-operative L/C 6. Seller activate L/C with 2% PB & POP. 7.
