Consorcio CVC, C.A. , a Venezuelan Company that is involved in the supply of Technical Equipment in the field of electricity, electronic, telecommunications, luminaires, cables, transformer ( Power or Distribution) and also in the development of some projects for fabrication equipment and new products developing is requiring a quotation ( Offer) of the necessary equipment for producing the following types of cables :

The Manufacturing line Types needed to produce the listed cables we think should be, at least:
-Advanced Coloring System
-Secondary coating line for loose tube
-Optical fiber Sz-strading line
- Optical cable sheathing line.
-Tight Buffering extruxion line
-Optical cable rewinding line
- Mechanical Test Equipment for Optical cable
If some of the production equipment for the cables requested is not of your specialty , please let us know. If you could suggest us any company in the market capable to supply them, we will appreciate your help.
For each of the lines ( and equipment ) offered at least it would be necessary to have some basic parameters of the capacity of production like :
• Diameter Range in (mm)
• Line Speed, maximum in ( m/min)
• Line Speed typical in (m/min)
Other specs do you would like to send will be welcome.
The offer should include Testing Equipment for a laboratory of quality control, an Offer for training the knowhow of the production fibers accordingly to your experience either in the R.P. of China and in Venezuela,.
Delivery time , cost of the different machinery required FOB, Freight, Insurance and CIF Sea Port to Venezuela.
If your company could supply the basic material for production, later on we will require also an estimate offer for production of a period of time to define.
