Dear Sir, We are a big Cement producing company in Sudan. We are interested to install the Active lime and high quality hydrated lime plant Please send us your offer invitation for complete plant as follow as early as possible as per given data. Limestone crushing system: including crushers with accessories like limestone wash devices, vibrating screen & belt conveyor etc. (As Limestone feed size is 20-40mm: Qualified product is above 10mm, Less than 10mm will be as waste) Raw Material storage and transportation: Including Raw material hoppers with accessories, vibrating screen & belt conveyors. Limestone calcinations systems: Including vertical pre-heater, rotary kiln with complete accessories and refractory, Burner for gas (better if for gas and coal together), vertical cooler and other kiln accessories including DCS control system. Dust collecting system: It may be efficient electric dust collector or bag house with fan + dust collecting system for raw material feeding. Coal milling system: including complete accessories for safe operation of making the coal powder as fuel. Ball Mill with grinding media: to grind the lump form of active lime for market requirement Finished product storage and transportation system: Packing Plant: for packing of 25 or 50kgs hydrated or powder quick lime as per market requirement Quality control lab: including the raw material testing, slacking time checking instruments, quick lime activity testing instruments etc. Automatic control system: including equipment control system through industry TV monitoring system (Central Control Room operational requirement) Tentative expenses for installation cost: including number of engineers, their per day salary in USD, number of days for erection and commissioning Warranty for main equipments: Important: complete drawing of equipments and process flow diagram is required with the quotations. If some other hidden expenses then these must be highlighted. Tentative consumption of coal and gas per ton of the provided system must be highlighted.
