The enclosed photos are of a valve made in China that we have used for many years, but the majority of them have been installed in a foot control assembly. At this time, we just would like to buy the bare valve as shown in photos. We now use about 500 per year but expect to use about 2,000 per year. We have several new products that will add to our need for this style valve. The overall width of valve is 3 inches. Ports have a ½†NPT thread, or at least, the ports accept that size NPT male pipe fitting, well enough.
