Dear Sirs, nice to meet you, this is Susanna Spegni from Spegni Trading (Italy). We are involved in a project where as first stage we need to supply 1000 prefabricated houses with sandwich panels. We need two typologies of houses: 1) no. 500 of 40 mq with 1 bedroom, one kitchen room and one bathroom; 2) no. 500 of 50 mq with 2 bedrooms one kitchen room and one bathroom. The house has to include laminate flooring, corrugated roof. The wiring has to be in accordance with Colombian regulations and standards while sandwich panels have to be anti-seismic. The kitchen room has to have entry connections for methane. The bathroom has to be complete with all accessories (bath, sink and faucets). Shipment point: CIF Cartagena (Colombia) as per Incoterms 2010. Please send us technical data sheet of the houses as well of the components, certifications and pictures both internally and externally of the house.
