RFQ Description

We are in Shenzhen looking for a new supplier for our CNC parts as shown in the attached pictures, and would like to visit your company if you think the project is feasible for you to do. The parts are all CNC machined to +/- .0025 mm from 6061 aluminum extrusion, C36000 brass and C12L14 steel. For 1000 units of the Dowelmax Classic our target price is Ask Buyer USD per unit which does not include the extrusion material for the following parts: (1) clamp bracket (2) reference bracket (3) center guide block (4) 3/8 spacer (5) 3/4 spacer (6) 1-5/8 spacer as shown in the attached picture. We will supply the extrusion material for the above six parts. For 1000 units of the Dowelmax drill guide package as shown in attached picture our target price is Ask Buyer USD per unit. The above target prices would need to include all other items including the drill, hardware, packaging and assembly. We also have three other parts, and two other products, Dowelmax Junior and RTL router lift. If we are successful with the first 1000 units, then we could increase the volume for future orders.
