RFQ Description

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Subir Goradia from India, Director of Pioneer Toolkraft Pvt. Ltd. I'm looking for products with the following specifications: A. Tool Cabinet with (i) Steel top (ii) 7 to 10 drawers – options (iii) Sides of the cabinet perforated for attachment of hooks and additional accessories. (iv) List and Prices of available additional accessories (v) A single tray or set of 2 or 3 trays to fit in the drawers. If there are multiple trays in single drawer then they should be of same size to exchange. (vi) Prices should be given for plastic trays and foam trays with tools specifications as mentioned below and as per attachment. (vii) Material details to be provided – standard Carbon Steel grade or CrV grade. If prices are available for both materials, then to provide the same also in each case. (viii) The drawers should include the following in any combination of tools you have available generally for metric system (mm): PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE EXCEL SHEET FOR ALL TOOLS TO BE INCLUDED. 10 TO 15 % VARIATION AVAILABILITY OF THE SHOWN TOOLS IS ACCEPTABLE 1. Ratcheting socket sets (atleast 3/8th and1/2 size and maybe 1/4th size also) and accessories with reversible handle movement. 2. Ring and open end spanner sets – plain 3. Allen key sets - L and T type 4. Hammer and mullet set 5. Screw driver sets – Slotted and pH and Hex Key and other if available 6. Chisel set 7. Plier set 8. Inner and outer circlip pliers set 9. Measuring tools set including vernier caliper (digital or manual), tape, scale, L 90 degree measurement angle etc 10. Adjustable wrench and staple gun set (you may have different type set) 11. Punch set 12. Chisel set 13. Bit and socket set (only if some things not covered in point 1.) 14. Automotive accessories set 15. Stripping pliers and terminal set 16. Riveting set 17. Ratcheting ring spanners – optional set 18. Empty Tray for small items B. Tool Set – Kit / Bag – Hard case – with Stroller (wheels + handle) - Sample Kendo make. I don't want the typical 3 to 4 trays in the bag on top of each other. Please note: 1. Quotations must be as per above requirement - Separate for A. and B. 2. All products will be 100% inspected before packing or shipment. 3. Prefer payment 100% against LC after inspection and dispatch documents. 10% Advance Payment maybe acceptable after establishing good communication and visiting factory / manufacturing premises of supplier 4. One month notice to be given for inspection 5. Business will be done only with Manufacturing Company of such cabinets and tool trolley sets and NOT only Trading Company 6. This is only the first transactions of many expected in the future, if the quality is as per required standard 7. In the future we may demand private label branding 8. Looking at forming a long term partnership 9. Would like to visit all manufacturing premises as soon as possible Thank you Kind
