Fingerprint Bio-metric Measurement and Bio-metric Time Recording Type web based fingerprint time attendance system <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>> Greetings, We make software for teachers and we are using cloud/web RFID readers. We are looking for replacement of our, in house put together, web/cloud time attendance reader. What the present reader does: It sends GET request to php script on the server something like &type=1&crd=05000FE895 and gets string from the server with clock 07:10 Welcome Joe Doe that it prints to LCD this is in the case when one tag is read. (speed around 1 tag/second) if it doesnt recognise the Tag the message 07:10 Error go to the secretary appears and software writes the RFID code in the ERROR table in database that administrator can access and copies the TAG code to that person so adding new Tags without special readers. there are 4 types of access: Type=1 see above; Type=0 just request the time (every 30sek) write heartbeat log on the server &type=0 response from server 08:30 that it prints to LCD, and synchronise time on the controller. Type=2 when Internet is down the controller stores the time (millis in minutes since controller was reset) and RFID tag (at the moment max 40 tag records) and send all of them when Internet is available &type=2&crd=85|05000FE895|89|05000FD893|89|05000FD894&ct=105 (ct=105 is current time in minutes since controller was reset so server can calculates the time of RFID checkings) and gets string from the server with clock 07:10 Uploaded that it prints to LCD There is Type 9 which is the same as type 0 but it sends it at start-up. So I know if it was reset. The controller has also watch dog so if the controller stops responding for 8 seconds it will reset it. - The IP settings (Static or DHCP) and web address and php file should be easy to set at the customer (by us with computer) - I would prefer POE (can be 12V) - No need for door opening or any relays - No access control.- No need for Fingerprint scanner. So this is basically what we need. With your controller I would add buttons for let say ones that have split work time, going between subsidiaries buildings, traveling, going to/returning from lunch, custom programmed for particular school needs.
