Against your SCO, we'll send LOI of client, but after LOi we need to receive documents that prove that there's the oil, name of refinery, place of production and stock of goods, port of loading, references at least of 2 supplies already made, naturall deleting the sensible informations from documents ( name of clients, etc..).
