Dear Madam & Sir, We would like to buy 10000 MT pine wood chips monthly. Besides pine chips we would like buy 10000 MT from the each of beech, hornbeam, birch, maple (acer), ash-tree. The destination port is Antalya , Turkey. We�ll use them in the production of chipboard and MDF board. Would you please send your quotation with CIF Antalya port delivery price including technical specs. like *The amount of size, oversize, undersize, bark, rot. *Moisture. *Fumigation by Aluminum Phosphide *Origin, etc. Please note the harmonized tariff number on the quotation too. We'll pay via 100% Irrevocable letter of credit from our bank to your bank. The payment term from our bank side will be written like that ; "The payment will be made as soon as the insect test reports , by Boarder Agriculture and Forestry Laboratory of Turkish Goverment at customs , are delivered to our bank before the goods are unloaded to Antalya port" (Because if there�re insects then the chips will not be allowed to be imported) Our contract will be available for one year after a few shipments and can be renewal yearly.
