We are looking for the machine for the above mentioned subject. The materials quality is as below :- 1. Material name : Melamine/Urea Formaldehyde Dried Base 2. Maximum feed particle size ? 1-2 cm diameter 3. Particle size distribution of the feed (if available) ? No information. 4. Moisture content of the feed material ? less than 5% 5. Chemical composition of the feed material ? Melamine/Urea Formaldehyde Resin mixed to cellulose pulp feeding in dryer . The dried material shape is similar to popcorn , 1-2 cm. diameter. This white popcorn is feed into ball mill which will grind it together with pigment to small particle. 6. Final particle size required ? smaller than 40 mesh 7. Capacity required ? 1 ton/batch for the existing ball mill , customer prefers to get size 3-5 tons/batch approx. 8.
