Pickling with salt preserves colour and edibility of meat products, gives the meat products the typical pickling flavour and also serves as an anti-oxidant agent. We need salt composition with the following parameters: Sodiumchloride 99,35%, Sodiumnitrite NaNo2 0,5- 0,6% Content of NaNO2 is essential condition according to our rules. It should be 0,6% Unfortenately we are not able to purchase any salts from EU now because of imposed embargo. In conection with this, will you be so kindly to inform us about other possibilities.
