They refuse to refund my money instead they want me to pay the rest Mandate fees of 32.500 USD, or else they will take me to Russian Court the Directors Lwayer threatened, although this director knows that my wife is Senior German Judge and Vice President of a German Administrative Court. Verwaltungsgericht. The director told me that his wife is a big Medical doctor in Russia. The total Mandate charges are 37.000 USD. I shall be very grateful if Interpol could assist me to recover the 4500 USD that I have been scammed by the Kabbalgaz Refinery.
