(contact name),I’m interested in purchasing one 20ft container (7800-8400 reams) of white, A4 70-80 gsm paper to be shipped or transported to the Port of Mumbai, India. After the first shipment and once business has been established, I will require 2-3, 20ft containers to be shipped monthly on a recurring basis with number of monthly containers increasing over time. Will need an individual price quote for fulfilling the order of the following items:White A4 70gsm (palleted)White A4 75gsm (palleted)White A4 80gsm (palleted) If we are able to agree on a price, I will provide an address in Mumbai and I kindly ask a sample of your paper be sent to my buyer so he may test the quality of the product. Once our needs are met my buyer would like to travel to your facility to meet in person and finalize the deal. I want to inform you that we have already been in negotiations with two suppliers, one in Thailand and another in China, that are offering very competitive pricing.
