[RFQ] buy one way three blade shaving unit

RFQ Description

Our development project is to widen our production range. For the moment ( just to commence the project fulfilment activity) we crave to produce : one way three blade shaving unit with the width of each blade around 6-7 mm and the length around 38mmm. As for the width it may be different from blade to blade and from a spacer .As for the blade thickness it should be around 0.085-0.09. Presumably we use our current handle design( system) . To achieve this target we have to have: the one way three blade cartridge design , based on our current two blade cartridge(any different proposals are welcomed); an asymmetrical (one edge) blade grind line attached with a relevant description, drawings(dimensions, specs to use these for technological layout ) installation and constant use condition instructions and etc.; triple blade assembly line equipped with the cover assembly & handle assembly satellite machines(attached with compressed air & components supply requirements and conditions); packaging machine.Multiple cartridge three blade shaving unit stuck with lubricating strip. So to achieve this we have to have in general: a new (three same blades)cartridge and handle & cover design developed; triple blade assembly line completed; a lubricating strip pasting machine; new multi-inject molding machines equipped with raw material supply system and waste blending system. Just to meet productivity indicators-an extra asymmetrical blade grind line and packaging machine.As for the equipment amount: it should be calculated exactly to meet productivity indicators required and to provide efficient &reliable manufacturing process. Feasibility study revision is required.Beside this development project just to support our classic razor( blade) manufacturing we need one symmetrical ( double edged) grinding machine.
