We ( contact4finance at gmailcom ) have Clients looking for Funding on long terms basis against their following Projects :We would appreciate receiving your offer, answers and clarifications to all our our queries ( 1 to 11 ) as requested below:Send formats of documents required by you to be filledand signed by Client(s) and returned to you for further action.Project # 1 : Solar Module Manufacturing Project - $ 44M (India)Project # 2 : Silica Manufacturing Project with Rice Husk - $ 30M (India)Project # 3 : We are also looking for funds up to $ 6M ( US Dollars six million ) for manufacturing and processing of Food Products in India. When submitting your offer for Project Funding please answer and clarify following queries :1.Advise which documents you would need.Send formats to be filled, signed and returned to you2.Can you give you detailed terms so as to enable us to arrange for requisite documents.3.Also advise what is minimum and maximum amount you can provide ?rovide Loan ? basis or you can accept bullet payment i. e Principal and Interest amount repatriated together at the end of maturity. 7. Kindly advise what type of Collateral you would need ?t collateral of your choice including Insurance coverage or Bonds and agree to borne the charges on your own and debit the charges from the Loan amount at the time of disbursement of Loan. You may also debit your commission and any other charges ( as to be mutually agreed ) from the Loan amount at the time of disbursement of Loan. In case you agree to the above, we will manage the Client to pay additional charges/commission every year till the tenure of the Loan period. This would be shared between you and us on equal basis. (9) What would be charges for Insurance and or Bonds and or any other collateral to be used by you ?id one time and or every year till tenure of loan period ?and charges debited to Borrowers Account ) In case it is against Insurance then who will apply for the Insurance ?d documents required by Insurance company to be filled and signed by Client ( for necessary Application ).Said documents will be sent to you for doing the needful.In case of any changes advise to us accordingly.
