BUYER NEEDS JP54 ROTTERDAM PROCEDURE ON DIP AND PAY PROCEDURE BELOW: PLEASE LET THE SELLER ISSUE SCO AND PRINT THE PROCEDURE IN THE SCO.We are in need of PRODUCT AND PRICE FOR FOBJP54Quantity:500,000-3,000,000BarrelsFixed price:GrossAsk Buyer USD per Barrels Net $ 40 Price 45 include Seller side agent comm 2.5, Buyer side agent comm 2.5Delivery terms: FOB,Rotterdam, Tank to TankNON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS AND PROCEDURES FOR CI DIP AND PAY FOB ROTTERDAM1. Buyer sends ICPO on receipt and acceptance of Seller’s Soft Offer alongside with Buyer’s CP.2. Seller Issues SPAfor Buyer’s for Buyer to sign and returns to Seller for both to lodge at their respective Banks.3. Seller sends Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFP) to agents for its execution.4. Seller invites buyer to meet at its Rotterdam office for TTM.5. The Seller shows Original POP documents(BL of cargo product,SGS of shipment against end buyer TSA)at TTM at Rotterdam.6. Seller verifies and approves buyer TSA, Buyer also verifies seller BL, SGS by supplied about this cargo product, and all Parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA and return for the Seller’s Bank acknowledgement. The Seller issues:A.ReadinesstoInject(RTI)B.TankStorageReceipt(TSR)C.Dip Test Authorization(DTA) to be signed by SELLER,BUYER,&AND END BUYER, it is unconditional DTA,end buyer can do SGS at onceD. ATSC Authorization to Sell & Collect7. Upon all parties Endorsement of the DTA,the Buyer contacts the Sellers Tank Administrator to execute the Quality & Quantity Inspection in the Tank Farm Terminal for FRESH SGS Report/Result.8. The Seller releases the Complete POP Documents to the Buyer,including the following documents;A.CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.B.INJECTION REPORT.C.ACT OF TRANSFER.D.RESOURCE CONFIRMATION LETTER(issued by the End-Refinery) 9. Upon successful dip test in seller tank.Buyerprovides Tank details for injection,Seller issue Title of Ownership Certificate.10. Buyer makes 100%payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product.11. Upon confirmation receipt of payment from Buyer,Seller transfers the title of Product to Buyer, and pays commission to all the agents as per IMFPA.12. The Seller issues annual(12months) delivery contract for the review and acceptance.
