I ideally want only end suppliers/mandates who are willing to work with a procurement consultant on a number of enquiry for used rail, steel scrap and HMS 1&2 (80:20) from 100,00Mt a month over 12 months to 200,000Mt a month ideally would like to have CIF and FOB prices ASWP, and a good rate due to a large number of quantities, happy to set prices for set quantity so supplier is not losing out when we do have smaller enquiries, and ideally have no minimum order set to attract more buyers. Russian, West African, Europe, Americas, worldwide end suppliers are most welcome and please do have current dated pictures and videos to avoid long and endless back and forth messaging so as we can close deals quickly.
