We are looking for the following on urgent basis.Cold saw for cutting steel pipe (Off Line in stand still position ) into burr free cutting, with length tolerance of +/- 1 mm. It is for the purpose of cutting pipes into smaller length. Has to be a high speed machine. This machine will be used for cutting smaller pipe lengths, which the on line mill can not do. Feed in length can be Any length between 4 to 8 meter to cut in to any lengths between 300 mm to 6 meter. The pipe size range to cut is 1†to 4â€, wall thickness range is 1 mm to 6 mm. Steel Grade to cut is up to UTS 500 MPA. Square and Rectangular Hollow Sections to cut is 19 x19 mm to 100x100 mm, Rectangular Hollow Section to cut is 40x20 mm to 120 x60 mm.
