Dilutions and blending tanks, Degassing machine, CIP system, Water filtering machine/system, Homogenizing machines, Sterilizing machines, Filling, sealing and coding machines, Post-pasteurizing machine, Air-drying Conveyors, Casing and sealing machinesAll PUMPS that the processing line requires.Steam machines. Connecting pipesPower supply Engine (This should be able to supply the whole factory and from a well known manufacturer)ValvesAccessories Tools And include the RFQ the installation costs And we need every other important parcel or machine which is vital for this processing line.Capacity: 1 ton per hour as a final product.Raw material: Concentrated tomato in a drums (look the attached pictures), water, salt, sugar and some more ingredients if it needed Packaging: Sachet bags (look the attached pictures) Sizes: 1. 70 gr 2. 100gr 3. 125gr 4. 150gr 5. 200gr 6. 250gr and so on. But the filling machines should be adjustable to a different size of the final product. Because our customers could change their minds and ask new sizes, so that we dont want come back to China again in order to buy new filling machines. Sincerely.
