Dear Sir, I am contacting on behalf of Gulf Perlite LLC, an industrial mineral factory in Dubai. Our product is Perlite a siliceous volcanic glass. We are interested in purchasing a Drying System to reduce the humidity from our raw material. Perlite is a siliceous volcanic glass with hydrophilous properties. Before drying Perlite has a maximimum of 5% of humidity which we want to reduce at less than 0.5%. In the following items you can see our requirements: Drying machine for Perlite:Capacity: 3 tons per hour Drying temperature (inside the drum): 300oC (250-400oC)The operating temperature , rotation (if we have a rotary type dryer) and supply of the material must be controlable through a control panel .
