PWWD-SSHEXEIU, for vessel up to 3000 megaton shipment quantity. The rate for over 3000 megaton. Shipment quantity will be discharged at the rate of 1200 metric tones per weather working day of 24 consecutive hour. Impurity: % 0.50 max. Penalty: % 1.50 oversize material is allowed. Any oversize and exceeding impurities acc. To mutual agreed inspection report will be deducted from the final payment, if the percentage values exceeds the required values, in accordance with the inspection report at discharge port. Cutting fee for oversize : USD 10.- megaton. If oversize material will be found more than 3.0 %, the whole cargo can be rejected by the Buyer. If average impurities will be found more than 1.5 %, the whole cargo can be rejected by the Buyer. Buyer has the right to send a representative or a protective agent to oversee and confirm Quality Quantity issues, during loading, without any further permission.
