Dear Sir/Madam, We are a renowned Infra Structure Development Company based in India. In order to diversify our business operations, we have decided to enter into manufacturing of Surgical Masks (N95), Surgical Caps, Surgical Aprons and the related products. For setting up of our plant, Construction Work of Plant Building (3000 Sq. Mtr) is at final stage at our land measuring about 10000 Sq.Mtrs. Located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Now we are looking for Plant & Machinery Suppliers for our project and would request you to provide the following immediately so that we can proceed further: 1. Quotation for Complete N95 Surgical Masks Fully Automatic Manufacturing Line (including Auxiliary Equipment) to produce 100,000 pieces per day. 2. Quotation for Complete Surgical Masks Fully Automatic Manufacturing Line (including Auxiliary Equipment) to produce 200,000 pieces per day 3. Quotation for Complete Surgical Aprons Fully Automatic Manufacturing Line (including Auxiliary Equipment) to produce 500 pieces per day. We require separate quotations for each of the items along with the following: 1. Full Technical Specification of each machine including production capacity and electrical power consumption 2. Quotations should have separate cost of Freight up to Indian Port. 3. Simple Plant layout for installation of machines 4. Delivery Lead Time of Machinery from your end from the date of advance payment. Can you also arrange delivery by Air? 5. Details of Spare Parts for a period of at least 12 months. 6. Number of Manpower required for each manufacturing line 7. Total required Electrical Power 8. Separate Quotations are required for Ear Loop Type and Tie Type Masks We may also opt for Second Hand Machines, if in good condition but feasible. Your suggestions are solicited.
