On april 13, a contact of Shanghai Beyond Import & Export sent a letter explaining to the Government of El Salvador that you company will only deliver half ot the medical supplies (1.5 disposable medical mask worth Ask Buyer), because your company did no have private cargo. The letter recommended Lasca Design to end the job. Who did write the letter? Whose signature is that one printed in the letter? 6. In the letter the contact of Shanghai Beyond Import & Export Co mentioned that part of the money in China will be transferred to United States. What did the contact of your company mean? The documents show that the contract was worth Ask Buyer. The transferred from the bank account MH-MSPAS Atención de Emergencias Ocasionadas por Desastre, Banco Agrícola to Shanghai Beyond Import & Export Co banck account in China Merchants Banks was for Ask Buyer. Did your company receive an amount higher of Ask Buyer? How much money was transfered from China Merchants Bank to United States? Was it transferred to the bank account of Lasca Design LLC in Wells Fargo, N.A in San Francisco? 7. Letters of Shanghai Beyond Import and Export to the government of El Salvador explained that the manufacturer of the 1.5 million medical mask (3ply medical mask) is ZHEJIANG HENG DONG LI BIOTECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, whose official correspondent is Yu Zebo (Phone: 86-571-*******-8). I made a phone call to Mr. Zebo, but nobody reply. Could you give me his email? I would like to send a few questions. I contact David Schmidt but he claim he is only the US agent of ZHEJIANG HENG DONG LI BIOTECHNOLOGY CO., LTD 8. There are no official documents of the medical supplies. Have those items being delivered? The only reference I found was an Evergreen Line bill . But the Ministry of Health of El Salvador did not have a document that register that the medical supplies arrived to El Salvador at the end of May, 2020. Could you provide documents? 9. Shanghai Beyond Import and Export was hired by the Ministerio de Salud of El Salvador. Why does the bill of Evergreen Line mention these institutions: BFA, CEPA, ISRI, ISSS Ministerio de Gobernación, Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Ministerio de Educación, Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Fundación Benjamín Bloom de El Salvador and Instituto de Bienestar Magisterial (ISBM)?
