RFQ Description

DO NOT CONTACT ME UNLESS YOU HAVE A PRODUCT THAT FITS THIS REQUEST. I need a material which can safely condense potable water on the outside surface. We ultimately need to obtain NSF certification for potable water. Please recommend materialI was thinking of a tube OD about 10mm with 1/2 male USA standard pipe thread adapters. In your picture it showed tubes U shaped next to each other. I would prefer a 1mm gap between the tubes (to allow air flow). The picture did not show the inlet or outlet. I would like full pictures from each angle. If needed I can use a rubber hose with a clamp in liue of the threaded pipe adapters. I also would like an idea of the range of sizes available as stock product. I have two uses for this product one is using hot water to heat air the other is using cool water to cool air. For the water heating unit I have a space which is 609mm X 292mm X 25mm. Depending on cost I may actually be able to use 8 units for heating air where the space is 609mm X 609mm X 9mm. In these units I would want a 10mm gap between the tubes. If we use this approach we may be able to skip the fan since we can place the coils in direct contact with a heat conductive surface. Our heat transfer need is approximately 1300 watts per hour with a 100 CFM air flow past the coil. We can adjust the airflow if needed. We can also adjust pumping speed of the heated antifreeze solution we will be pumping through the coils.
