We are a USA company based in Houston, Texas which is very experienced and financially capable. We distribute crude oil and refined petroleum products worldwide. We have recently completed a purchase of D2 and have a new requirement to purchase additional D2 for our own account as Buyer for our stock outside of USA:50,000mt/mo x 1 month plus rolls and extensions to 12 months. D2 standard specs except Cetane number 47 minimum; and Flash Point 66 degC minimum. We will pay by LC from top bank. We are looking for competitive fixed price, not Platts-based.
