RFQ Description

Can you supply or design an inexpensive LED or fluorescent ceiling light which is powered by on-board batteries, which in turn are charged by a detached compact solar panel linked by electrical flex (not more than .5m in length). The brightness of the light should be compared to a 60 -100 watt incandescent light. The light should be able to burn for approx.4-5 hours after a 7-8 hour solar charge.
