Stainless Steel Stand

RFQ Description

I am looking to get a stainless steel piece manufactured. Upon contact I will send JPEG photos, a Rhino file, an IGS and a DWG file. In case you cant open the files or see the photos clearly, the dimensions are as follows: Length: 6.875 inchesHeight: 6.625 inchesWidth: 2.500 inches The stainless is 0.06 inches in diameter. I dont have a calculated weight. Id prefer that it be all 1 piece without weld or solder joints but if that is not possible please let me know. The piece will be placed into cooking oil at 400 degrees F and I dont want any of the solder or welding material to get into the oil when hot. The initial order will probably be 10, 000 pieces. Please include the following information:-The price of shipping by ocean to New York-The cost of the mold-How many pieces can be made from the mold-Who pays for mold replacement when the mold fails-Is there a refund on the mold after a purchase of a certain number of pieces?
