We are a company based out of the USA, specifically out of southern Florida. We are looking for a supplier of blended yarn in order to create a new baithing suit line nation wide. We are focused on being as natuarl as possible. A completely organic fabric that is water-resistent is our goal. Is it possible to blend bamboo with kapock into a yarn that is dipped into tencel? Thereby creating eco-friendly material that is water-resistant. If this is not possible could you blend a yarn that is part hemp, bamboo or kapock with a viscose rayon or so on? The ypp would depend on the blending and it would be a z twist type of yarn because it is plied. The yarn would need to take to natural dies that are direct or reactive.
