Dear Sir.Please read details for Part 1 and Part 2 that well send you the following and give us your deal as early soon.Part 1:Our partner in Hong Kong demand to import HMS1&2 for 30,000 MT x 12 months as soon as possible and They accept price to be USD $ 202 (C I F: K a n d l a, India) but they require you must provide to me 30 bill of lading for each shipment.Everything according to normal international practice.If you accept their conditions we will be inform of situation for them and theyll contact with you immediate.Part 2:We are also having a Contract about HMS 1&2 that we have ever signed with a German partner (Payment form is Cash on delivery) but after Both signed and we opened LC then they cant perform this contract and we need the other contract to replace for old contract immediately (HMS 1&2, 12,500 MT for 12 months). Our factory are directly under Ministry of Trade and , any documents will be sign direct by Ministry of Trade (Viet Nam)Really we demand this contract immediate to compensate for the old contract.This contract has signed with German partner, you can sign on it and issues Bond 2% (Non-operative and after we open LC then this Bond to operative) or more immediately (we can bear all the costs to issues this Bond) to confirm that your commodities is having truth after you issues Bond no more 5 days we will open LC for this contract.Please send us Price in this contract: USD ??? per MT(C I F main port of Viet Nam)I wish nothing better than you know for our situation at the present.We really hope to receive your cooperation.Please give us to knowCommission for us : ???
