We currently use a range of electronic ballasts from Philips, Tridonic and Metrolight. 150w ballast required for:Philips: CDMTSA 150G12 and CDMTSAR. GE Arcstream: ARC150/T/U/840/G12 and ARC150/T/U/830/G12250w ballast required forBLV: MHR250NPhilips: 250w MSD250/2The ballasts should be able to work over a wide voltage range for example; 90v-277v, 50/60Hz or be dual voltage 120v/230v 50/60Hz, as our products are used in Europe and America. Alternatively a 120v and a 230v model should be available.A 12v DC auxiliary output is desirable, but not essential.UL Approval is desirable but not essentialA 0-10v or DMX interface to allow the ballast to dim is desirable but not essential.Our annual use varies as we are a Project orientated bespoke company.We like to purchase in small quantities of 50pcs. Our annual use is in the region of 500pcs of each type of ballast per annum.The physical dimensions of the ballast should be as small as possible, as these have to fit into our product. About 150mm x 100mm x 40mm is good.We would need to assess a sample unit to ensure compatibility with our lamps; we have not always found the MHR250N to be good with all ballasts.In the future we intend to use other ballasts as we have new products in planning.What cost per unit can you offer us?What samples are available?What is your delivery time? electronic ballast, fibre optic, metal halide lamp Electronic Ballasts, Transformers, metal halide lamps, DMX, stepper motors
