Dear representative.Our company is a general contractor of the USAF Manas in Kyrgyzstan.For our Medical clinic project we need:BRVN 04-103019.2 X-Ray Room19.2.1 Walls. Lead-lined gypsum wallboard shall be a single thickness of unpierced leadlaminated to a minimum 13 mm thick gypsum board conforming to ASTM C 36/C36M.19.2.1.1 Joints. Sheet-lead strips not less than the lead thickness used for wallboard and notless than 38 mm wide shall be installed on blocking and supports at all joints.19.2.1.2 Corner Joints. Corner joints shall consist of 45 x 45 mm lead angle.19.2.1.3 Wood Supports. The sheet-lead strips shall be secured to blocking and supports atouter edges with wire nails. Edges of wallboard shall then be butt-jointed andfastened to supports with lead-headed nails at approximately 200 mm on centers atjoints and 300 mm on center at intermediate supports with nail heads driven slightlybelow the surface of wallboard.19.2.1.4 Metal Supports. Edges of gypsum wallboard at metal studs shall be fastened with25 mm long lead-headed screws. Heads shall be covered with 13 mm diameter leaddisc cemented to wallboard and installed flush with surface of wallboard.19.2.1.5 Finish Ply. Gypsum wallboard not scheduled to be plastered shall receive a finishply of gypsum wallboard bonded to the first ply with laminating adhesive asrecommended by the wallboard manufacturer. Nailing the finish ply will not bepermitted. A shoring system shall be used to hold finish ply in place duringadhesive drying period. Shoring shall be left in place at least 24 hours.19.2.2 Ceilings. Suspended lead-lined gypsum board ceilings shall consist of lead-lined lath,ceiling bars, and hangers. Continuous bars shall be spaced approximately 315 mm oncenter and supported by steel hangers from overhead structure.
