Manufacturer Required for LED tri color Keychain Light

Hello!Im looking to have this product duplicated to a close enough match to serve the same purpose on a wholesale basis for resale. The original product the Ravn light is discontinued and I would like to market a replacement This is a keychain light consisting of a tri-color LED with a modulator chip housed in a plastic keychain case. When the light is stationary it appears white, but when it is moved, it appears to have three colors. Please let me know if you can reproduce this effect in a keychain light.
