I have a major overseas whose client is looking to buy cement plants. With this economic adjustment and the down turn in construction there must be someone looking to sell. This is what they after and are cash buyers. The Client is looking for two plants with a production capacity of 4000 to 5000 tons per day (***** about 2 000 000 tons per year). Dry or wet is indifferent. They will purchase the structural equipments and relocate them in their own country.
