The plant is to manufacture light fuel oils, base oils, and heavy fuel oils from used oils/waste oils using full vacuum distillation process. The conventional methods use acid and clay treatment process for reclamation of used oils in which there is air and water pollution problems. In the proposed full distillation processes there will be no water and air pollution. The distillation should be carried by batch process where the segregation of raw material and finished products are easy.
