OEM looking to buy infrared lamps

Gentlemen, We build various packaging machines and water distillers. We are currently designing a blow molding machine which will use SW infrared bulbs to heat preforms of various sizes for bottled water applications (PET, PLA, etc). Our heat tunnel is linear with preforms traveling on both sides of the bulb. We are now in the prototyping stage and have a functioning machine but are still flexible in the design. Do you offer a stock bulb that is close to one of the following?Option 1: Heating Length of approximately 900 mm (35.4) with overall length of approximately 944 mm (37.125). Approx. 240 vac 4500 watt , 750 mm (30) high temp connecting wires. No reflector. We will build a mounting system for the bulbs which will be mounted end to end in a bank 10 high by 3 long for a total of 30 bulbs.Option 2: Heating Length of approximately 1370 mm (54) with overall length of approximately 1415 mm (55.7). Approx. 240 vac 6500 watt , 750 mm (30) high temp connecting wires. No reflector. We will build a mounting system for the bulbs which will be mounted end to end in a bank 10 high by 2 long for a total of 20 bulbs.We anticipate the need for 600 bulbs per year.
