Dear Sir/Madam I live in Africa. I am looking for Briquette making technology (preferably hydraulic) to try and prevent deforestation in Zimbabwe. Raw materials might include wood chippings, sawdust, paper, straw, biomass generally, agricultural residue etc. Deforestation is taking place here largely driven by fuel need for cooking and recently by fuel need to process crops by small scale farmers. Please send me your suggestions and idea of cost. I would be looking at large scale production. I would also like to know how the costs of briquettes compare to coal as a fuel.
