Polyacetal Internal coating: Hard rubber lining, 3mm + 0.3 mm External coating: Approved fusion bonded epoxy powder coating to min. DFT of 300 microns or two coat system of 2 pack high build solids epoxy coating of min DFT 300 microns. Bearing cover: Carbon steel protected by hard rubber lining. Nuts, bolts & washers: High tensile steel, hot dipped galvanised to BS 729 Screws: Stainless steel A4.
