Please note we will not only be needing these but many other chemicals as well. We have the expertise to consult your Research and development unit on how to create many of these new chemicals but we will need a liaison as we do not speak Chinese at this time. Do you have senior chemists on hand with good understanding of the english language ? We will first need a sample in order to test quality assurance. This sample need not be more than 5 mg or so. We assume the leading manufacturer in this industry has them on hand and is ready to send a 5 mg sample in the prospects of being able to land a large client. Whomever shows the most professionalism and ambition for new clients at this preliminary stage will be the one chosen to become are manufacturer. We are a large worldwide distributor of many chemicals and once we analyze the product for quality assurance we will be incrementally increasing our order once each order is received. We are looking for a facility with the ability to manufacture 100 kilos a month or more. We are also looking for a facility with a large research and development unit. We will require quotes on 10 grams, 100 grams, 1000 grams and 10000 grams at first as these are the purchases we will be subsequently making.
