RFQ Description

Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) is used to provide protection for the kWh meter and is installed immediately before the meter on a wooden plate on the wall or other structure of the customer building.The MCB shall be installed inside a PVC cover box, which can be sealed in order to prevent tampering. In this installation the protective class of MCB shall be in minimum IP20 and that of the box shall be in minimum IP40. The wiring shall be done below the box with copper wires of range 4 to10 mm2. The MCB shall be installed on a DIN rail or plate, which is fixed inside the cover box. The MCB shall have magnetic breaking unit with current damping characteristic.
