Full line of machinery for the production of non-stick cookware

Dear Sir Hi. Thank you very much for your e-mail.Please be informed that we would like to establish a factory to produce non-stick cookware such as casserole, sauce pot, frying pan, grill pan and double-grill pan.1-Is it possible for you to supply us the machinery for the whole production line?2-Please let us know the payment term.3-We have decided to produce 150, 000 pcs of such items per month; therefore, we suppose that we need 6 sets of die-casting machine as follows.A-2 sets of die-casting machine DC-550, I mean 550 ton. B-2 sets of die-casting machine DC-800, I mean 800 ton. C-1 set of die-casting machine DC-900, I mean 900 ton. D-1 set of die-casting machine DC-1000, I mean 1000 ton. N.B. Please let me know the detailed specifications of the die-casting machine. It will be highly appreciated if you kindly let me know how many pieces of the requested items can be produced by these die-casting machines per hour.4-We need automatic sprayer, automatic extractor (mechanical hand) and automatic ladler (pick-up machine) which must be included in each set of die-casting machine.5-Please be advised that we would like to use natural gas furnaces because natural gas is cheaper than electricity. Therefore; we kindly request you to quote us for 6 individual natural gas sets of furnaces as below. We do not need any centralized melting furnace. A-2 sets of natural gas furnaces with the capacity of 200 Kgs per hour.B-2- sets of natural gas furnaces with the capacity of 300 Kgs per hour.C-1 set of natural gas furnace with the capacity of 350 Kgs per hour.D-1 set of natural gas furnace with the capacity of 400 Kgs per hour.N.B.
