I am looking to produce a prototype, and eventually larger-scale production, using a PVC material and an RF welding process. Wed like a prototype immediately and hope to get a cost structure for pricing. We are hoping to create a multi-layer tower which would be welded together in various places, in sheets of 4 x 7.
