RFQ Description

I am currently in the design process of a product, which would be an add-on device to convert normal bicycles into e-bikes. This device would mainly consist of an electric motor to be attached via a proper structure on the bike, and providing torque either via connection to the rubber tire or the bike gears.The aim would be the production of a very simple and low-cost product. I am considering the opportunity of commissioning to a Company the production of the hardware, to be shipped to Europe (either Germany or Netherlands). The complete package would be inclusive of:A DC electric motor capable of 100-150W.A Suitable battery capable of a storage of 150 Wh.A charger (5 to 6 hours to full charge)A speed controller.A cadence sensor (so NOT a torque sensor) to be placed on the pedals.A small steel support to connect the motor to bicycle frame.I would like to understand if any single company would be capable of providing this entire set, and building the assembly on the basis or proper technical drawings to be delivered by my side.
