2. Base acceptance level will be Fe 69% 3. Pro rata penalty will be applicable for Fe between 65 to 69% on monthly weighted average analysis. 4. If Fe content is below 65%, the lot will be rejected and the rejected lot should be taken back by the supplier within 10 days from the date of rejection / intimation. 5. Penalty:a) Penalty at the rate of Rs.200/- per Fe% on base acceptance level of Fe 69% will be applicable.b) Penalty at the rate of Rs.350/- per Fe% between 65 to 67%. 6. Admixtures / contamination will be checked to control Al2O3. Al2O3 level should be 1.7% max beyond which the material will be rejected. 7. Mill scale to be free from contamination. 8.
